"Had a molar extracted at Royal Cornwall Hospital"

I attended Treliske Oral department to have a tooth extracted because my local dentist was unable to make me numb enough to perform the procedure himself.  I'm a very anxious patient but from the moment I met the team, Morgan, Sasha and Tina they put me at ease.  They spent time talking me through the procedure and constantly reassuring me. They carried out the procedure swiftly and professionally, with no problems at all.

Going to the dentist is never a very pleasant experience but I was made to feel safe and  unhurried, which really helped me through the procedure.

I would also like to praise the receptionists who booked me in, again they were very friendly and professional.

This whole experience has been a success from beginning to end.  I was originally contacted by Morgan, the Consultant, by phone on a Sunday morning to discuss the op and he booked me an appointment at that time.  Again, he was very professional and friendly and helped me to make the right decision.  Sasha carried out the procedure, and I felt no pain at all.  Even the injections weren't too painful and Tina talked me through aftercare.
