I'm finding the new modern decor really welcoming and pleasant compared to how the waiting room used to be, well done!

Love the fish tank idea on the TV screens, very calming.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the newly refurbished hub. A lot of time went into considering how best to create a relaxing, welcoming and calm environment, so I'm really pleased it is having this impact on those accessing the service.
