(as a service user),

After a rather dramatic fall from my horse I was ambulanced to Wishaw Emergency Department. The paramedics and hospital staff were so amazing. They kept me informed and even did their best to save my clothes whilst keeping my neck & spine secure. What could have been a stressful time was made so much better by their care. Thank you to everyone involved.
