"Grantham district hospital"

I was only on ward 1 bay 3 overnight to have a total right knee replacement but I was looked after so well by all the nursing staff, surgical team and the ladies who made me tea and toast and a lovely lunch before I left. Nothing was to much trouble. One of the lovely nurses even making me tea and biscuits at 3am when I couldn’t sleep. I was kept informed of when I would be going down to theatre and what would happen next. My surgery went as planned and once I was back on the ward they made me a much needed cup of tea and toast as I hadn’t eaten since 6pm the night before.. I honestly can’t recommend Grantham district hospital enough. The team are a credit to their profession and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital to anyone needing a hip or knee replacement. Thanks again to all the nursing staff for putting me at ease and looking after me so well. I will be asking if I can have my next knee replacement to be done here when I need it xx
