About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit

(as a service user),

I was transferred from the emergency department to Clinical Assessment Unit then onto Acute Assessment Unit earlier today. In both CAU and AAU the care I have received was outstanding. I was very unwell when I came through and the quickness of the care and treatment given has meant so much to me. A special mention to Pam, Lisa, Trish, Steph, Emma, Maraed, Lyn, Tony, Rosie, Lauren, Chin and Suzie. Thank you all so much. 🫶
