(as a service user),

I was very anxious as I needed a blood test, I was that anxious I was shaking and my head was a mess so I can’t recall her name but she was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better, she talked to me and made me feel at ease all the way through the appointment, she didn’t make me feel rushed at all, I was also apprehensive about being judged but that was not the case at all. She made me feel like a person and not a patient and I didn’t feel at all embarrassed talking to her, she is a credit to your team.
