"I have received first-class care and support"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health (inpatient)

(as a service user),

I have received first-class care and support as an inpatient, the staff and atmosphere are first-class. Unfortunately, due to staff shortage, the people involved are continually changing.

Perhaps if we had a better continuance, things could be resolved and updated more regular.

We are working really hard to get the right staffing levels and understand how important consistency and continuity is to support quality care
