I went to ward 20 on 6th sept for a op on my foot. I was second on the list and thought I'd be waiting ages but it wasn't long, things were explained well and I felt at ease in the staffs care. The anaesatiist was lovely and the recovery nurse was amazing. Hen you go back to the ward and they make regular checks on you and keep you informed as to what happens next. I was a little wary of going home to be honest as who could look after me as well as ward 20 nurses had!! Would def recommend
