(as the patient),

I attended the fracture clinic for an appointment with Consultant Mr Gupta who was most helpful, reassuring and explicit. He was ably asisted by Nurse Lorna Proctor who put me at ease. The staff who dealt with me were clearly a well organised team led by SCN Joan McCluskey who was very efficient. X-Ray staff were also very helpful and I was impressed with the the lovely welcoming atmosphere in the Hospital.
