"Trying to call the ward"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

(as a relative),

My Dad is currently on Ward 90 Hull royal Infirmary. I live 1.5 hours away.

I have spent all afternoon ringing the ward, directly and through the operator. No one answers.

I’ve tried calling PALS, no one is in to answer. This is extremely stressful. I understand they are busy, I’m a nurse also, this is really beyond a joke! In total I have called 30 times
