About: Pilgrim Hospital / Accident and emergency Pilgrim Hospital / Oncology Pilgrim Hospital / X-ray and Scans

(as a service user),

Went to the hospital for a CT scan and was sent to A and E. I had a good experience in A and E - they put me straight into the side-room to keep me safe and away from other poorly people who may but me at risk. I was then transferred to IAC and the staff was very friendly.

Finally, I was brought to the Bostonian - they were absolutely faultless. I can't complain about anything. They've always listened to anything I've had to say and any worries and have always tried to help wherever they can. They really do listen to me and that's all I can ever ask for ... to be listened too. The staff are amazing and I feel lucky to have them taking care of me, but I'm looking forward to getting home to my son now
