"Felt retraumatised by NHS primary care provider"

I attend a terrible surgery that I feel breaks every rule in the book. They will not make a single adaptation to ensure that I, as someone who suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of a childhood abuse and repeated instances of bullying, intimidation, physical assault, psychological abuse and sexual harassment by NHS staff, can feel safe in the building. It isn't even a concern to them that they are thus preventing me from access to the Flu and Covid vaccines that I need to have because of my asthma.

Apparently they only want the patients who do not require specialist provision and support. Anybody else can be deprived of medical care altogether. They are simply not bothered.

Apparently, they have also never heard of the Equality Act.
