Daisy has been great. The treatment is also amazing. The rooms are something else, I was so surprised by them when I initially seen them. The privacy and the space in them is great. The only negative I have is the parking in the hospital but that cannot be helped. 

The staff have been amazing, I cannot praise them enough. They have made being here very easy and if I need to leave they are there to keep watch. They also come about with play things to keep my baby entertained since the TVs can only distract for so long.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. It is such an anxious time when your little baby isn't well. I am so glad that the staff and the facilities helped you both. I am also pleased that the rooms met your needs and that the staff sorted toys for your child. The team will be very pleased to read your very kind comments.

I apologise that parking has given you cause for concern and I know this has been raised previously however, due to the layout of the hospital and surrounding estate, it is difficult to increase parking capacity.

I hope your son continues to improve and I wish you and your family all the very best.
