(as a relative),

My partner came here a few days ago and I can't thank the staff here enough for how they looked after her. She has been looked after with great care.

The choices of meals she has loved and meeting the llamas and is settling into her room comfortably. I dont think there's anything I could say for what to do better, only for the staff to carry on doing what they are doing.

It is really kind of you to provide this feedback to the team here at Kilbryde Hospice, and it is wonderful to hear that your partner is receiving a great standard of care,

As the In-Patient Unit Manager, it is very reassuring to hear this, and I will share this feedback, which you have taken time to provide, with all staff.

It was really wonderful for our patients (and staff!) to meet the llamas, and we are really glad that your partner also enjoyed the experience.

We strive to ensure a high standard across all areas, and to know that your partner is also enjoying her meals is great. I will ensure your positive feedback is shared with our Catering Team.
