I attend the Anticoagulation clinic regularly and the team there are all friendly and efficient. There has recently been a waiting room which is much appreciated as waiting in the corridor used to be uncomfortable and awkward, so thank you for providing that.
Staff on reception are very lovely, professional and efficient.
Could I suggest an answer machine for the clinic, as if your timing is wrong the call just rings out? Thank you
