"I can only commend the excellent standard of care"

I attended the Cath lab in the RVH under consultant Dr McQuillan. From my outpatient appointment, investigations and subsequent prompt referral for the necessary procedure, I cannot fault the timeliness and swift response of the cardiology team for my outpatient care.

The process was second to none and everything explained clearly and carefully to me as it went along. The nursing and supporting staff were  lovely and made me feel at ease answering any concerns and questions I had. I particularly want to mention staff nurse Dalmia Kurain and Joba and the lovely pharmacist who were very attentive with after care after my stent procedure. I also want to thank Dr McQuillan for his compassionate and caring manner throughout. A credit to his profession.

My daughter is a nurse in the NHS and can testify to the daily pressures faced by all services but I can only commend the excellent standard of care I received on my recent visit. Many thanks to all.
