I had an endoscopy in September 2023. The comprehensive information I received prior to the appointment was excellent. The staff were very helpful, professional and approachable and quickly put my mind at rest.
The procedure was uncomfortable but not painful and I was kept informed of what was happening with a constant commentary by one of the Nurses. The details of the report were explained to me and the follow-up I might expect.
