(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I attended this group last week.  It was very relaxing and enjoyable and it was good to see so many of my hub forum group members attend and a lovely new Team staff member join us.

I am pleased to hear that you had such a positive and relaxing experience and that you have connected with your peers.

Group interventions can be significantly important to individual's recovery's and be a great environment to learn new ways of thinking and new coping strategies.
