(as the patient),

I was attending my dermatology appointment and was already quite nervous. I suffer with PTSD, while waiting in the reception area I was triggered quite badly and so entered the treatment room in a bit of a state on the verge of a full-on panic attack. I don’t have the words to express how kind, calming and just fantastic David and Vicky are. I had issues previously at other hospitals regarding my mental health but these two people were just amazing. They have a way of handling themselves that made them feel approachable and I felt validated and safe. They deserve recognition. Thank you.
