My friend is sending this story on my behalf-I attended my GP last week. When i arrived i needed to check in on a screen but i didn’t understand how to do it. I asked the receptionist and they said it was not their job. They did not help me. I just sat down. It may not be obvious but i need help with things like this. I have had a brain injury and I can’t process these things. I never want to go back there. She made me feel unimportant and gave me no support.
