Had gynaecological procedure recently. It went very smoothly, very well coordinated from admission to discharge. All staff communication with me was kind and clearly given, and aftercare information and leaflets as well as analgesia supplied for discharge.
My privacy and dignity was respected at all times,and medical staff were reassuring and very pleasant .I felt very confident in both medical and nursing staff and reassured I was receiving the best of treatment and care.
The nursing staff were all very kind, professional and attentive despite it being a very busy unit. I would particularly like to thank nurses Linda and Silvy who were assigned to my care - a credit to their profession.
