We, and our extended family, have had wonderful experiences of care from Dorchester Hospital over the years.  In the last couple of days we have had to visit A&E, as my husband suffered a TIA on.  We actually spent the whole night in the emergency department one night, and then had to return two days later.

 On both occasions we were treated very efficiently and with great kindness and care.  From the reception staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone was lovely.  Even a cleaner went about her work with a smile and was friendly.  

Overall, we were both treated brilliantly - patient and wife!  We now await an appointment for follow up care.  We are confident that that will be just as good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on behalf of your spouse and extended family. Please accept my apologies that we have been unable to respond until now. This is exactly the high standard of care we hope for all our patients and loved ones. It is so good to hear that we are getting it right.
