(as a service user),

I was having difficulty with sleep with my child, therefore was referred into the nursery nurse hub by my health visitor for support. The nursery nurse Claire  came out. She was incredibly helpful, she helped with the bedtime routine, and strategies that helped my little girl sleep through out the night. Although this process took a few weeks, I felt super supported the whole time. Claire took the time to answer all my questions and help me feel empowered in doing the strategies, and not feeling silly over any mistakes.

Would highly recommend her and the whole team with any concerns.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with the Health Visiting nursery nurse team. I am delighted to hear that the support Claire gave you was positive and that the strategies and advice has been helpful in getting your little one sleep through the night. It is milestone that is really challenging to achieve so well done for keeping going with the routine!

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your positive feedback of working with the Community Children's Nursing Team and so glad your little girl is managing to sleep better now. This must have been so hard for you both at the time.
