. Very cold place to sit for 9 hours . Notes lost resulting in such a long wait .Triage nurse rude with no empathy about the pain . Waiting for medication for second dose .of painkillers for 4 hours . Even though I was told I was next to be seen several people got called in before me . Doctor did not listen to my history and was quite rude . After x rays was told that they didn't know if there was a fracture or not. . On looking at his notes he said he spoken to his registrar which he did and that I had been examined by the registrar,even though the registrar did not come near me .told letter would be sent to GP despite not having address or name of the GP on my notes . Told a splint and crutches would be given by a nurse,when she edventually turned up she said they had no splints and only one bandage left,no other support was available . The notes stated I was given verbal advice to return if there were complications when no advice was given at all .was told to buy painkillers over the counter as they could not prescribe any .the wait for fracture clinic was 3 weeks away.
