"Birth of our daughter"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

From the very first moment arriving into the inpatients ward until we left 6 days later, we were made to feel comfortable ahead of what could have been a challenging time.

Every member of staff, both in inpatients and the labour ward, went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free as possible for both me and my partner.

I would also like to include a special mention for Laura in inpatients and Demi and Zoe in the labour ward, who were exceptional in their care and service and, along with the rest of the team, made for a really positive experience.

Thank you very much and congratulations on the service you are providing.
