About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Romsey

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The Frailty Support team visited my husband, I cant thank them enough. How grateful I am to them - for their support, kindness, help which was all endless.

Prior to meeting them and their visits I felt abandoned.

They are so professional. Really great with the patient. Not judgemental.

Helping to find out facts and provide further assistance.

Even, and this may seem minor, but helping / advising me on how to set up repeat prescriptions. There weren't any complaints or 'shrug offs' from them - just more and more help and assistance - They never ever made me feel awkward or ashamed to ask. I felt at ease and I was heard.

I really appreciate their contact and that I may call in the future if I need to.

Again I cant thank them enough.
