"Good experience"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

Attended for a colonoscopy under the care of Mr Ekatah. I expected it to be very uncomfortable, embarrassing and painful even.

From beginning to end I was made to feel at ease.

All staff were friendly and knew their job well.

Colonoscopy was very much expertly done and explanation given throughout at what has seen and done.

Post scope care was great. Toast and tea amazing. I felt very well looked after throughout the appointment and in very safe hands.

Thanks to all the staff for all you do.

Greg, Michelle, Kirsty, Lesley, Shuggie. Sorry I can't remember all the names. 🙏

Dear wifemumstaff

Thank you for taking time to feedback about your recent visit to the Regional Endoscopy Unit here at Queen Margaret. I was delighted to read that the staff were all very experienced and friendly. That everything was explained to you throughout your journey and helped to put you at ease.

Also that through the professionalism off the team you felt you were in safe hands. Post procedure tea and toast is definitely the icing on the cake, it helps to round of your journey before heading home.

I will take great delight passing on your very kind words to the team, especially those you mentioned. I hope you have recovered well

Kindest regards

Ann
