Just wanted to say that the ladies I met today in Grantham Hospital's Gynae Outpatient Department were completely kind, lovely and professional. It's always a nerve wracking experience visiting a hospital but Sr Palmer, Tanya and Tina, whilst being extremely professional, also helped me to relax while they did what they had to do.  I am so grateful to have been seen so quickly and to have had my mind put at rest. Thank you ever so much.
