"First class care, support and guidance"

From the first visit to my mum in July this year, the Forth Valley Dementia Outreach Team team - specifically Margaret and Angela - has provided first class care, support and guidance. They responded promptly to every call, made frequent visits and were proactive when dealing with all aspects of my mum's move into long-term care. I feel they went over and above looking after my mum who has alzheimers, taking into account my own and my husband's health and well being. Their intervention with Social Services made the whole process much easier than I envisaged. Thanks too to the consultant Dr McDairmid. 

I gave been so grateful for their help and advice. They are excellent ambassadors for their team.

Thanks also to Colina from Stirling Social Work department who also went above and beyond to facilitate my mum's move into long-term care. There was very evident close liaison between the medical and social care teams and their closer working made a very difficult time much easier for our family.
