Very happy with the service and staff are always exceptional efficient and friendly

G ward dermatology Inverclyde Royal are professional caring and a credit to your organisation, every one from the receptionist to the consultant.

Just a pity the lifts service in this hospital is appalling

The lift issue does not really affect me as I am fairly fit, but there are several people using them and the waiting time is totally unacceptable, probably made them late for appointments and gave them less time when visiting their friends/relatives ect.

Dear Billy from Bute

I have checked with the Estates Team and they have advised that Lift C which had been out of order and has now been repaired. A refurbishment programme is underway to improve the efficiency and reliability of the lifts and we try to ensure that breakdowns are actioned as a priority.
