As someone who works for the NHS and often sees the unfair treatment of all grades of staff I thought I would highlight how happy I was with my care over the weekend.

NHS24 provided a very quick triage and booked an appointment for me locally, all staff in Forth Valley Royal Hospital  I came across, such as Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in A&E, X-ray staff, porters and reception.

The whole process took around 3 hours which I thought was fantastic. Thank you.
