"Staff are lovely even with lots to cope with"

My experience on the Female Surgical Ward has been good so far. The staff have all been really lovely – they really have been going above and beyond. The staff have a really nice attitude and they are always lovely, even with the many things they have to cope with.

The ward itself has been clean and comfortable. All the bathrooms have been good. When it comes to the food – the menu can get a bit boring after being in for 2 weeks. However, the tea and toast offered by the ward staff has been great. Some nights can be noisier than others, but it is usually patients not the staff who are making the noise so it’s not their fault. There is nothing I can think of that needs improving.
