Anything else?
I went suffering with extreme pain from a broken, infected tooth. I was met by friendly and helpful clerical staff - front line staff seem to have a lot to put up, but are unfailingly polite and professional and helpful. I was seen promptly and my student dentist was reassuring and kind; she made sure I knew what my options were. My tooth was very damaged, so I opted for extraction (let it ache by itself...). It took several anaesthetic injections to sufficiently numb me, because of how severe the infection was, but everyone was patient and reassuring and, eventually, without any pain at all, the tooth was out. I used to think I was afraid of dentists, but everyone was so helpful and kind and let me know everything that was happening , that I don't think I am, any more.
"Competent, friendly, kind"
