I have just had a double Unicompartmental Knee replacement at the Jubilee Ward at the Royal North Devon Hospital at Barnstaple. 

The ward was roomy, clean and well equipped. The staff were, at all times, unfailingly happy and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I have undergone treatments in various hospitals but was completely surprised by the great care that I received in the Jubilee Ward. 

Turning to the surgical team and operating theatre staff, with Mr Griffiths-Jones (Consultant) and his anaesthetist, from the first moment I met them they were friendly, humorous and very efficient. The recovery ward added to that experience and confirmed that the team was everything that I expected and hoped for.
