"Dedication and passion"

I have had  Endoscopy on a number of occasions over the last 10 + years and have seen different nursing and medical staff over the years. Recently, the staff were very friendly putting me at ease even though I’ve had numerous procedures over the years, it still is frightening and nervous every time.

The staff are professional - nursing and medical and take the time to listen and reassure. The unit appears very busy and buzzing and the demand on the service seems extremely high. All the staff seemed to know their job and role. The unit appeared clean, tidy and well organised. I couldn’t fault anything on this visit, but to thank the nursing staff who don’t get enough praise, credit and  pay for the job they do.

Well done to the Endoscopy Staff for dedication and passion in their job.
