Attended Pilgrim Hospital Women's health ward today as needed further examination and tests.

When I was called through they were so calm and understanding as explained I am hard of hearing and really nervous.
Mr Mohanty, Nurse Fola, Nurse Michelle showed so much compassion and empathy, they are true credit to Pilgrim Hospital. They kelp me calm through out the procedure explaining everything, even holding my hand which might not mean alot to some, it meant alot to me.
