My relative with dementia had taken a very unusual and erratic journey for them .
I tracked them to Hairmyres and sought assistance at reception as they had no planned appointments. Reception and security staff were exceptional in their response and went out of their way to help in the search.
It’s a busy area with a few corridors to navigate. Tracker has a slight delay and accurate only to close vicinity.
Relative was found after about 20 mins, thirsty but otherwise OK . Thanks to security and to the 2 lovely ladies on reception for their compassion and determination to assist a safe outcome .
