"I can't fault anyone"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Acute Receiving Unit (Units 1-5) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Discharge lounge

(as the patient),

Having been taken to the QEUH, I have, as always, nothing but praise for all staff involved in my care. I can't fault anyone. Unfortunately, I didn't get the names of the staff in ED, but thank you for all you did. I'd also like to thank Sister Liz, SNs Liz, Lauren and Laura. HCAs Sophie, Sharon and Jackie in ARU5.

SNs Kirstyn, Julie, Tanya and Sophie. Student nurse Mohammed, International Pre-Reg nurse Dorothy, HCAs Elvis, Netty (thanks for the laughs), Karen and Lyndsay. All the doctors, porters, radiographers and lastly, Frances, Jennifer, Debbie and Joanna in the discharge lounge. They always keep me calm.

It's not nice being in hospital, but having staff like those mentioned looking after you, it makes your stay a positive experience. Thank you so much to every one of you. You are all a credit to the NHS 💙💙

You are very welcome. Having severe agoraphobia, it takes a lot of courage to leave my home. Over the years, each time I'm in hospital, the care, understanding and compassion from all staff makes my stays more bearable. I'm a huge supporter of the NHS and like to give praise where due.
