"Outpatient care after op"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Outpatients

(as a carer),

After my Op I went back to hospital to outpatient section 5 to have stitches and staples removed and get fitted with boot.

I was treated by Arlene who was amazing.

Arlene put me at ease and made the experience as  comfortable as possible.

Arlene was very caring and professional and talked me through everything she was doing. Arlene also explained how to continue my care at home and gave me the phone number of the ward and reassured me that if I was ever worried about anything I could contact the ward at any time.

Once again the care I received was excellent. I can’t thank everyone enough.

Hi Rory321

Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your attendance at our Outpatients Department.

It is so lovely to read such wondering and kind comments about our staff and I'm sure Arlene will be delighted to read your kind words. I will ensure that this is passed on to her.

Many thanks and I hope your recovery is going well.

Bes Wishes

Caroline
