About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Eden Ward

(as a service user),

I was admitted via the Planned Care Unit in Treliske. Tammy was fantastic and looked after me very well. Walked to theatre to be looked after by Katherine and Louis pre surgery.

Woke up with George, and was then taken to Eden Ward and looked after by the lovely Pam until my discharge. Excellent care all round thank you

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you and thank you for taking the time to leave such positive feedback. It is always good to hear that our teams are so attentive, and I am glad to read that you received excellent care, especially from Tammy and Pam.

Our teams work hard to try and minimise any worry or anxiety for their patients, and to make them feel as comfortable and informed as possible during any procedure, and they very much appreciate all feedback. I will ensure that your kind words are shared with the team, particularly Tammy and Pam.
