"My whole experience was faultless."

I was greeted into the Day Surgery Ward by one of the friendly, very professional nursing staff who treated me with courtesy and put me ease, given I was somewhat nervous.

From this point on,  all members of staff - Anaesthetists, Nursing staff,  my Consultant and Dr were fantastic. They explained at every step what they were doing/ going to do and explained everything in detail. 

After expressing a particular concern about my procedure,  after a discussion with my Consultant,  my fears were allayed completely. 

When it was time to be discharged,  I was provided with full information about dispensed  medications,  contact numbers and about what to expect regarding my recovery at home.

My whole experience was faultless.  I cannot express my gratitude and admiration for the treatment I received today - or my admiration for the whole team.  

My thanks are insufficient... but THANK YOU anyway!
