(as a relative),

My daughter fell backwards, down her inside stairs and badly lacerated her head.  She had a dizzy spell which caused the fall.

Paramedics Martin and Lisa arrived very quickly, carried out a full assessment and glued the wound.  They were both so kind, caring and professional which made a really bad situation feel much better.

A Patient Assessment was left and I, her Mother, advised of what to do should she feel unwell later.

Martin and Lisa were so kind and caring and we are so grateful for their compassion and diligence and their ability to get my daughter laughing again.  A credit to themselves and the NHS

Thank you Dave but I’ve already messaged SAS and have received a response stating that my comments will be passed on to Martin and Lisa at their ambulance station.

She is feeling a little better thanks but still a bit sore as she fell from approximately 6 or 7 stairs. Receiving a lot of TLC
