"Really made to feel at home"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

Went to have cancer removed from my forehead. Was welcomed and received good treatment. Really made to feel at home, all staff are wonderful. I have cancer on the top of my head too, but the surgeon thought it was too much to do all in one go so arranging a further appointment for me. Best bit – cup of tea and a biscuit after.

I am glad you received good treatment when you were with us. Positive patient feedback is always greatly received by the team, I will be sure to share your words. Wishing you well in your recovery from this procedure, sorry that you will have to visit us again for treatment for the cancer on your head- but we will get the kettle on and have another cup of tea with biscuits waiting on you for afterwards!
