"Horrible seats, great staff"

Hi, I have no complaints about the care, it was relatively busy when I got there around 4.30 am so waiting 7 hours was expected hearing how long other people had been there. The staff were great, no problems at all with anyone, given the pressure they are under it's nice to see that they genuinely care and are comforting. 

The main reason I'm writing this is because of the seating, the seats shift around a bit in a way where it feels unstable. They are really uncomfortable to sit in for prolonged periods of time and getting up and walking about doesn't help much. My back started to ache because I kept trying to shift my weight to get comfortable.

I understand that hospitals have limited budgets and investing in healthcare either through procedures or machinery is a more desirable option, but the seats are awful. They are horrible to sit on, a good distraction from why I was there though, gave me something else to focus on lol. 

I'm not sure if anything can be done to change this, unfortunately everything costs money and there are a lot of seats but maybe the option of a removable cushion or seat cover for longer waiting patients? Or an alert system through texts so they can sit in their cars? I wanted to go out and sit in the car but had no way of knowing if my name would be called.

In conclusion horrible seats, great staff.
