I am now alcohol free, my life is back. My son, family are so proud of me.

I could not of done this without my worker Michelle from east, detox workers from programme team. All CGL are so helpful & supportive. Peers as well, now are my friends.

I am so proud of me, glad I've done this.

My name is Lydia and I work in the team that is responsible for listening and responding to people's feedback.

It's great to hear that you have your life back. Becoming alcohol free, when your alcohol dependent is no easy task and I'm so glad that you were able to access our community detox support to receive help with this.

It takes commitment and determination, to achieve what you have achieved and I'm really glad that you feel so proud of yourself, and that your family and so are so proud of you too.

Thank you for your kind words about Michelle and the programme team. I will make sure her manager and the manager of the programme team get to read your feedback, so that they can commend their teams and workers for the positive impact they have had on your life and recovery.

I hope you continue to go from strength to strength, and that you enjoy staying in touch with the peers and connections you have made during your experience. It's so important to have people you can call on when you need to, and I'm sure you will be a great source of support to them too.
