"Outpatients is up to scratch"

This is my first time at Daisy Hill Hospital's Outpatient Department. I am attending a Dermatology Clinic in Bernish House today. I was able to find my way easy enough and my appointment letter had all the information on it that I needed. When I arrived, the reception staff were all very helpful and checked me in without a bother. I have to say the upkeep of Bernish House has been very good - it is very clean and up to scratch. All the staff members I have met so far have been very nice and helpful. I haven't been kept waiting long either which is good. We didn't have any bother getting parked this afternoon which surprised me as normally it is a nightmare to get parked at Daisy Hill. There is nothing so far that I can see that could be improved.
