Last week I went to Stracathro hospital for elective knee surgery. My whole experience at the surgical unit was excellent and every member of staff was friendly and always made me feel welcome to ask things.

I was very nervous before my operation but the staff helped calm me down and explain the process to make it feel much less daunting. The care I received from each profession was fantastic and I felt very well supported before, during and after my surgery. Hopefully starting my road to recovery now!
