"Brilliant receptionist"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

My husband was rushed to pinderfields by ambulance. We spent time in resuss, ward 25 and ward 45a. Apart from 3 doctors giving us different diagnosis, nurses were brilliant. But really wanted to show appreciation for the receptionist on ward 45a. She went above and beyond to help.

I am so pleased to read of how you felt staff were really helpful and supportive, in particular the nurses and the receptionist.
