Went for our 20 week ultrasound yesterday and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had with the NHS. Kelly was lovely, she took the time explaining what everything was and what measurements are normal. She was so kind and lovely. Our little girl wasn’t playing ball when it came to the last part she needed, but she kept trying rather than making us come back. She was so lovely and patient. She got us the cutest pictures to take home. Made sure I was comfortable due to back pains, it was just lovely, felt really comfortable and relaxed took all the stress away.
