About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

My child waited 8 months for a paediatric outpatients appointment.  We have been cancelled twice now and still have no appointment. I have left many messages and never been called back!

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch, I am so sorry to hear of the difficulty you have been having accessing a paediatric outpatient appointment, this must be very frustrating and upsetting for you.
